- Laserase South West Limited is registered and inspected by the Commission for Health care and Audit and is committed to client safety and quality assurance.
- We treat persons over the age of 18 years for tattoo and hair removal and persons between the ages of 16-18 years for tattoo removal only, with strict child protection policies in place.
- It will be necessary for you to inform the clinicians of any relevant medical conditions with particular reference to pregnancy, HIV, and hepatitis. Signed consent forms for treatment will be completed.
Should you require your GP to be informed of your treatment please advise the clinician.
- Comprehensive policies and procedures are in place for all aspects of the practice.
- All assessments and treatments are carried out by Qualified Medical Practitioners.
- All client information is managed with confidentiality in accordance with the Data Protection Act.
- You may if you wish be accompanied during your treatment.
- The laser is situated on the first floor of the clinic and there is no lift. Clients should notify the practice of any difficulties with this
arrangement and every effort will be made to arrange treatment.
- Would you please inform Laserase South West Limited if you have a living will [advanced directives] as this information will be required by the clinicians.
- A comprehensive complaints policy is in place and full details can be obtained from reception and the notice in the waiting room.
- Laserase South West Limited operates an equal access policy.
- We welcome your views and feel free to either write or notify the staff of any points you wish to discuss.
- The minimum cost of treatment is £50. Payment for treatment is by cash or cheque and must be made at the time.
- Clients should give at least 24 hours notice of cancellation of their appointments or a charge may be
made.
